On Tuesday , HRD Minister Smt.Smriti Irani gave the "Good News" . People of Karnataka ,especially the twin city "Hubli-Dharwad" rejoiced after hering this News .
According to a report in TOI, Dharwad district administration has identified the required 500 acres near Mummigatti on the Pune-Bengaluru National Highway off Dharwad.
