Scholarship for Brahmin Students

Karnataka Sangeeta Nritya Academy has invited applications from eligible candidates for scholarship for 2013-14 and 2014-15. Those aged between 16 and 24 and practising Carnatic music, Hindustani music, dance, sugam sangeet, kathakirthan and gamaka can apply. Selected candidates will get a scholarship of Rs. 5,000 each. Application forms can be obtained from the academy office at Kannada Bhavan, J.C. Road, Bangalore 560002, or from the office of the Assistant Director, Kannada and Culture Department of the districts concerned. The applications can also be downloaded from the academy website
