Indian School Certificate Examination and Results (CISCE): The Council for the
Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) conducts three most important
exams i.e. Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE Class 10th / Class
X) Exam, Indian School Certificate (ISC Class 12th / Class XII) Exam and the
Certificate in Vocational Education (CVE - Year 12) Exam. The subject choices
and syllabuses offered for these examinations are different and intended for
development of individuals
Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examination and Indian
Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) has been intended to provide an
examination in a course of general learning, in harmony with the
recommendations of the New Education Policy 1986. Private students are not
allowed to sit for the ICSE Class 10th / ICSE Class X and ISC Class 12th / ISC
Class XII board examination. CISCE is also enthusiastically involved in
developing new syllabuses, set of courses and assessment of system to make
education appropriate, demanding and exciting for CISCE ICSE Class 10th board
exam / CISCE ICSE Class X board exam & CISCE ISC Class 12th board exam /
CISCE Class XII board exam. The CISCE ISC board used to conduct Indian School
Certificate (ICSE – Class 10th X) Exam every year in the month of March. In
Similar mode CISCE has conducted ICSE Class 10th X board exam in the month of
