- Candidates Name and Date of Birth should be same as the ones in the Class X certificate.
- After submission, candidates must note their COMEDK UGET 2015 application number (6 digits) as displayed in the application form.
- Candidates must verify all the details before printing.
- The candidates are required to take a printout of the COMEDK UGET 2015 Online Application Form along with the online study certificate requiring attestation by the head of the institution last studied (as prescribed by COMEDK).
